Salad in Your Mouth


Instructions:

Place any of the following in front of you (you can add others too) and then take one bite of each at a time and as you chew you create a salad in your mouth.  The trick is to use the secret of food preparation.


Ingredients:

Avocado with lemon juice (add celtic sea salt if you don’t use sea veggies or olives in your mix)

Olives

Sea Veggies (Dulse, Nori, etc)

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Leafy Green(s)

Macadamia nuts (or any others)

Hemp Seed Nuts (no they don’t get you high like marijuana)

Green Sprouts

Celery
