operates on the mastication process, the Champion Juicer chews the
fibers and breaks up the cells of vegetables and fruits. This gives you
more fiber, enzymes, vitamins and trace minerals, all resulting in the
darker, richer color of the juice and a sweeter, richer, more
full-bodied flavor.
Features
a large feeding chamber (1 3/4”). Makes sauces, baby foods, nut
butters, sorbets, and functions as a homogenizer. All parts are 100%
FDA nylon; stainless steel shaft. This improved, commercial model has
added winding capacity that increases starting torque and allows for
cooler operation. This allows for longer run times, the ability to
exert more pressure on items being fed into the feeding chamber without
stopping, and the preservation of more enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
