Ulcers and hemorrhoids fall into a similar category of inflammation in the digestive system ultimately caused by too much acidity.  Alkalizing the body is the key here, especially for long term health.  Same thing for acid reflux disease, heartburn, etc.

Second, put it in the blender with the inside clear gel from 1 big or 2 mid sized aloe vera leaves.   Usually available at an Asian market, or sometimes health food stores or farmer's markets.  Worst case, you can buy a plant at home depot.

Then enjoy.  I have had many people report an ulcer or hemorrhoids disappearing from JUST ONE of these drinks.  Several wouldn't hurt of course!
