"It works extremely well with leafy greens, carrots and sweet potatoes. When juicing things such as strawberries, apples and cucumbers, a lot of the juice will build up and will not seep through. To get the juice flowing through again, you have to follow with something like a carrot or sweet potato to clean up all of the excess juice. So, I always start with hard fruits and vegetables with less juice, then do the juicy ones in the middle, and end with harder ones again. It is really easy to crank the harder fruits and vegetables so long as they are cut up a bit."
