AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
        TERMS & CONDITIONS
        This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program. The terms "Affiliate," "you," and "your" are referring to you, the applicant. "We" and "our" refer to Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program.   We are independent parties and this agreement will not form any partnership.
        AFFILIATE BONUS
        When someone brings or refers a participant to our seminars, that person is called the Referring Party. The Referring Party receives 15% of the retail price of ALL of the seminars the participant signs up for, forever (no cap).  At this time, we have several major seminars totaling over 200 hours of training, with both retail and special pricing adding up to  many thousands of dollars.
        For seminars (not products) the Referring Party also receives 5% of the retail price of all seminars purchased by referrals of an affiliate referred by the Referring Party.  EX:  Referring Party refers an affiliate.  That affiliate refers someone named John Smith.  The first Referring Party will receive 5% of retail of all seminar purchases only by John Smith.
        A 15% cash referral bonus for seminars is UNHEARD of in the seminar industry, not to mention a second layer of bonuses!  This is our way of thanking you for helping us to save lives.
        In addition to the already incredibly generous referral bonuses on seminars, the Referring Party also receives 10% of profit from all products (except live courses) including supplements that are auto-shipped monthly, the participant buys from the website, forever.  Now we are talking about potential passive income!
        HOW YOU GET PAID
        The Total Health Mastery affiliate system automatically tracks and pays out bonuses to affiliates via pay pal.  Automation is exciting!  You may track your referrals at any time by logging into your affiliate account and see who you referred and how much money you have earned.  Fantastic!
        Whenever someone purchases any product they must become a customer and are required to add the ID number of the affiliate who referred them.  If they enter our site via your affiliate link that field is auto filled by the system.  If they came via word of mouth you want to be sure they have your affiliate ID so you can receive credit for spreading the word and helping us to save lives and making the world a better place.  (See our company Mission and Vision statements on the “About Us” page for more information on how you are helping us make a global impact.)
        Upon your registration as an affiliate you will receive an email with your unique affiliate ID and link.  You will also find banners, logos, videos, flyers and other information you can use in your marketing and promotion efforts.  Obviously we make no claims as to the results you can expect as an affiliate or as to how much you will earn.  You may use our banners and other graphics in your online marketing, including email, and easily embed your unique link into the graphics so when your friends and clients click on the graphic or banner they come to our site as your referral, for life.
        When does the affiliate get paid?  The affiliate will choose a threshold or pay out amount that when reached generates an email from the Total Health Mastery system to the affiliate asking you to receive your funds via pay pal.  You as the affiliate set the amount you want the system to pay you out at.  For example if you are referring quite a few people you may want to set a pay out amount such as $500 so that you only get an email asking you to collect your funds every week or so rather than several times per day (depending upon how much you are earning of course).  We suggest a starting pay out amount of $300.  You may select any amount you wish.  You may change the pay out threshold at any time by logging into your affiliate account.

        AGREEMENT DURATION
        This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party.
        Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
        MODIFICATION
        By posting a Change Notice or a New Agreement on this site, we may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM following the posting of a Change Notice or new agreement, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
        ORDER PROCESSING
        Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on the Affiliate and sub-affiliate sites. Customers who purchase products and services through the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.
        WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS
        Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program reserves the right not to accept any site into the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that Do Not Qualify for the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program includes sites that are:
        X- rated and promote sexually explicit materials
        Promoting violence and discord.
        Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
        Promoting illegal or questionable activities
        Violating intellectual property rights
        Any other site we deem unfit to be representing our unique and high quality programs
        SPAM
        (UCE)  Unsolicited Commercial E-mail - Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program in no way participates in mass unsolicited e-mailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program, and loss of your referral bonuses.
        DISCLAIMER
        We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Total Health Mastery Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time.
        This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and State of California, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
        By submitting this Affiliate Agreement form, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
