Living Cereal

This raw, vegan recipe is literally a Breakfast of Champions!

    ·  Soak Raw Oats for 2 hours, pour off the water
    ·  1 T Raw Agave Nector or Honey
    ·  Dash of Celtic Sea Salt
    ·  Dash of Vanilla Extract

Eat with cashew milk.  Add any berries or cinnamon for more flavor

 
For a different flavor twist, use sprouted wheat berries, almonds, sesame seeds or other soaked seeds or nuts for the main cereal rather than soaked oats.
