Q: Carter and I would like to know if yogurt is a healthy addition to our diet and if so, what are the benefits? What kind of yogurt would you recommend if we were to include yogurt in our diet?
If it's yogurt made from pasteurized cow milk it's not a healthy addition. The probiotics inside do not counteract the toxicity of the dairy nearly enough to make it "good" for you. It certainly won't raise your energy levels AND, I do recommend yogurt. Raw yogurt. Almond yogurt, coconut yogurt, YUM!!
