Sesame Seed Milk
  • Instructions:
  • Soak Raw, Organic, Unhulled sesame seeds for at least 2 hours.
  • Pour off the water
  • Blend 1 cup in a blender with ¾ quart of pure water (no tap water)
  • Pour mixture through a big screen to remove the pulp (often found at asian markets) or use a cheese bag (or eat it with the pulp!
  • Use the pulp in other recipes or toss out
  • Pour the milk back in the blender
  • Add sweetener and blend (agave, honey, dates, stevia, fruit or fruit juice, etc)
  • BONUS: 
  • Add any of these: a pinch of salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, supplements like OsteoPro Care and Vanilla Nutritional Essentials, fruit, vegetables or anything else to make a great smoothie!
