Pad Thai Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb Cashews
Meat of one young coconut
1-2 Lime Juice
1/2 milk of one young coconut
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 T Ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Blend all items and pour over shredded noodles. Choose from: Carrots, Zucchini, Jicima, Squash, etc.
