Instructions

Soak Raw Oats for 2 hours, pour off the water

1T Raw Agave Nectar or Honey

Dash of Celtic Sea Salt

Dash of Vanilla Extract

Blend cashews with water and add cashew milk

Add any berries or cinnamon for more flavor

Options:  Use sprouted wheat berries, almonds, sesame seeds or other soaked seeds or nuts for the main cereal rather than soaked oats.
