Guacamole
Instructions:
Mash 4 Large Avocados or 6-8 small ones into a large bowl.

Chop small:
1 Tomato
1 Stalk of Celery
2 Cloves of Garlic
1T Agave Nectar

½ t Celtic Sea Salt

Juice of ½ lemon
Cayenne Pepper to taste


Bonus Ingredients:

8 Moroccan Olives
½ Cup Cilantro

¼ Red Onion

Cumin to taste

 

Mix all together and serve on celery stalks or a bed of spinach.  Also great in wraps.

 

Extra Info:

Please note that fats neutralize spiciness, so you may be putting much more cayenne than you thought to make it spicy, and if you go overboard, just add more avocados.
